Reflexologist and holistic therapist of other treatments, namely
Massage therapy,(females only) Indian Head Massage and luxury
facials as well as
manicures and pedicures, my main focus is that of relaxation and a treatment tailored to suit you.

Reflexology, Massage( females only ) and Indian Head Massage have all anecdotally shown to be beneficial in helping to promote relaxation and as the body relaxes it facilitates the body's own healing processes, helping to release tension, aiding the reduction of stress and helping to restore balance, harmony and well-being.
I qualified with Marious Philiou in Reflexology (City & Guilds) and at The Kent School of Holistic Reflexology with Gillian Soutar (A B C ).I have also had the privilege of training with the founder of Indian Head Massage Narendra Mehta(LCICI). I am fully qualified in Swedish Massage (VTCT) and I am also attuned to level 1 in Reiki. I am City & Guilds qualified for my beauty treatments. I am always furthering my skills and I am a full member of Babtac and The Association of Reflexologists.
I work from a home based treatment room in
Rochester, which is close to
Chatham, Gillingham, Strood, Rainham, Walderslade and Lordswood.. I can also come to your place of work if you would like to offer your staff or customers the chance to indulge and you or they can choose from Reflexology, Indian Head Massage & Back Massage if you are seeking to hold an indulgence day ( minimum of 4 people). I can also do
home visits if you would prefer a relaxing treatment in the comfort of your own home. Or perhaps you may like to invite some friends (minimum of 4 people )to your home and have your own Indulgence Day or Evening(see price list for more info). Treatments on offer for Indulgence Days/Evenings are: Reflexology, Indian Head Massage & Back Massage. I am happy to travel to Gillingham, Chatham, Strood, Rainham and surrounding Medway areas.
